Human Resources Business Partner II Regular Full-time Worcester, MA, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 1830 Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually Position Summary The Human Resource Business Partner is a generalist with a heavy emphasis on workforce development, and employee relations. The Human Resources Business Partner II is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Program Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Consults with line management and provide daily HR guidance Analyzes trends and metrics with the HR department Resolves complex employee relations issues and address grievances Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention Monitors and reports on workforce and succession planning Identifies training needs for teams and individuals Nurtures a positive work environment. Ensures legal compliance throughout HR Management.
