Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level Asset Management and Investment Funds Associate in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have four to seven years of experience and expertise in registered funds, regulatory, or private funds spaces. This role offers opportunities for mentorship and increased responsibility. Duties Collaborate with experienced lawyers on asset management and investment fund matters. Engage in client interactions and provide high-quality service. Work independently and as part of a team to meet client needs. Requirements Four to seven years of relevant experience. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Admission to the New York State Bar. Skills Expertise in registered funds, regulatory, or private funds. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
