Director Of QualityThe successful Director of Quality will provide strategic leadership for the organization's quality systems, driving operational excellence through the development of world-class quality processes and a culture of continuous improvement. This leader will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and executive leadership to enhance product quality, improve manufacturing performance, and strengthen compliance across the enterprise.Core requirements include a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline and 10+ years of progressive quality leadership experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment.Preferred requirements include a master's degree and demonstrated success implementing strategic quality initiatives across complex manufacturing operations.Responsibilities include leading enterprise quality strategy and overseeing the development of robust quality systems that support operational excellence, driving quality transformation initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, DFMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies, establishing and monitoring quality KPIs while using data-driven insights to improve performance and accountability, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry quality standards across manufacturing operations, and partnering with cross-functional leadership to improve product quality, reduce risk, and strengthen operational performance.
