Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

At Children's Dental Center we're dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care to children in a fun and welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team and help us continue to make bright smiles a reality.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist the pediatric dentist during examinations and treatment procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Perform coronal polishing and apply fluoride treatments.
• Place dental sealants as directed.
• Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene practice.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting.
• Ensure a clean and organized clinical environment
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Valid South Dakota Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine love for working with children.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
