Light Maintenance Technician – Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Monroe Monroe, WA | Full-Time | $18-$22/hr DOE + Benefits

• Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.

What You'll Do: As a Light Maintenance Tech, you'll be on the front line of our customer service experience, responsible for performing quick maintenance services, including:

• Oil and filter changes
• Tire rotations and pressure checks
• Fluid inspections and top-offs
• Multi-point inspections
• Assisting with basic vehicle care and light-duty repairs
