House Supervisor (RN) FT Night

Overview Select Specialty Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital committed to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients. House Supervisors (RN) provide compassionate, excellent treatment and leadership during the patient care journey. Location: Select Specialty Hospital inside Banner University on the 11th floor of the 2nd tower. Schedule: Full-time Nightshift – 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. Sign-on bonus: $10,000. Responsibilities Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift. Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth. Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained. Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families. Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations. Minimum Qualifications Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License BLS and ACLS required at hire. Preferred Qualifications Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred. Prior clinical management experience is preferred. BSN is preferred.
