Community Outreach Representative
$20 - $25 per hourAGI
Description $20-$25/hr + Performance Bonuses In this field-based role, you'll engage directly with homeowners, start conversations, and identify people who are interested in exploring their available energy solutions. What We Offer
• Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations to build trust and rapport with community members.
• Identify potential leads and opportunities for energy solutions through active listening and observation.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for effective community engagement.
• Represent our company at local events and gatherings to increase brand visibility and awareness.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups to ensure seamless communication with potential clients.
• Provide feedback to the management team on community trends and potential areas for outreach improvement. Qualifications • Enjoys working in outdoor, face-to-face environments
• Dependable, motivated, and committed to showing up consistently
• Works well independently and stays focused without constant supervision
• Confident approaching new people and starting conversations
• Previous experience in delivery, construction, landscaping, warehouse, or other field-based work is a plus
