## Job TitleAssembler 1### Job DescriptionAs an Assembler 1 will perform a variety of repetitive and non‐repetitive assembly operations to produce high‐quality medical devices, following established work instructions, diagrams, and assembly drawings. **This will be a Monday - Thursday position from 5am-3:30pm.** **Your role:** * Be part of a collaborative production team and work closely with quality control and other departments to meet daily production goals in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.* Complete in‐process quality checks to ensure each product meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.* Operate in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow equipment shutdown and lockout requirements.* Accurately measure, record, and document production data, including Lot History Records, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the SPNC Quality System while keeping all required training current. **You are the right fit if:*** No prior experience required, experience in Medical Devices Manufacturing in a highly regulated environment preferred.* Your skills include reliability, detail orientation, effective communication and good interpersonal skills.* You have a HS diploma or equivalent.* You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position. **How we work together**We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
