Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.Location: San Francisco, CA; Raleigh, NC; or Bellevue, WAThe Experience Salesforce is looking for a technically strong, energetic, and collaborative engineering leader to run the software engineering team for the AgentExchange Go To Market App. This is a new platform transforming Salesforce's AgentExchange (also known as AppExchange) from a basic listing platform into a fully integrated, transactable marketplace — accelerating ISV sales and recovering lost revenue by giving partners a seamless way to sell and customers an easy way to purchase, deploy, and pay for solutions, all without manual intervention. You'll help build a product that's streamlined (a cohesive purchasing and billing experience with fewer manual touchpoints), scalable (faster time to market with reduced overhead), and flexible (supporting a wider range of pricing models, including consumption-based selling). In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $207,800 - $285,800 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
