Financial Analyst

Job Summary Focuses on the company's financial operations by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within financial systems. Supports timely reporting and maintains effective internal controls. Responsibilities Maintain up-to-date system documentation, including standard work instructions and operating procedures. Ensure proper end-user security access within financial systems according to company policies. Conduct periodic system security validations to ensure compliance. Provide training to business users on supported systems and administer training resources. Deliver advanced training and serve as the lead expert or super user for key financial applications. Assist in preparing timely and accurate financial reports to support strategic analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Contribute to maintaining the integrity of financial statements through accurate data management and process adherence. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience). 3–5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. Advanced skills in financial modeling using Excel. Experience with enterprise financial systems such as Anaplan or Voyager preferred. Background in a Fortune 500 company, consumer products, management consulting, or multinational environment preferred. Understanding of wholesale distribution channels and related financial planning activities is desirable. Proactive problem-solver with the ability to identify opportunities and recommend process improvements.
