About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Strategic Account and Program Management. The successful candidate will be the enterprise executive responsible for the strategy, governance, and performance of the Strategic Account Management Program. This role is pivotal in driving consistency and continuous improvement in how industry groups plan, execute, and report on their strategic accounts. The VP will own the end-to-end governance of the program, establish and maintain the annual portfolio planning cycle, and ensure the program's supporting infrastructure is fully utilized. Additionally, the role involves monitoring account performance, partnering with various stakeholders to establish clear accountability, and overseeing the enterprise growth and cross-selling initiative. Candidates for the VP position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an MBA or Master's degree, and at least 12-15 years of experience in enterprise program management, strategic account management, or related areas. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of strategic account management, commercial and financial acumen, and experience in change leadership and enablement. Core competencies include matrix navigation, influence, and a proven track record in driving the adoption of new operating models and tools. The role requires a professional with exceptional executive presence, capable of engaging with senior leadership and driving the program's success across the organization. Certifications in PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma are highly preferred.
