Responsibilities Provide technical support and transfer of knowledge to production support engineers regarding the manufacturing processes utilized to build / repair products. Support test engineers to identify and address issues with process equipment. Support production engineers and test engineers to (re)develop manufacturing procedures and training materials for assembly / manufacture of products, particularly with microelectronics assemblies, circuit card assemblies, and any products requiring cleanroom environments, along with support to achieve appropriate certifications. Assist in developing Basis of Estimates for work requiring the development and/or use of microelectronics capabilities and facilities. Integrate (re)developed capabilities into existing manufacturing processes. Qualifications 15+ years full time engineering experience Significant experience in a manufacturing or depot support role working on electrical assemblies, circuit card assemblies, and microelectronics Experience writing/editing technical documents and training materials Experience interpreting engineering requirements, drawings and schematics Experience using basic electronics diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers and other types of test equipment to troubleshoot circuits to the component level Experience with common industry and military specifications and standards Basic MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong technical leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead the resolution of complex technical challenges Manufacturing experience with defense-related products Existing Secret Security Clearance Experience working in a cross-functional environment Desired Skills Expertise in aircraft electrical systems Design experience with defense-related products Knowledge of circuit card design and manufacture Knowledge of configuration management processes Experience with Windchill (product data management) Knowledge of EVM (Earned Value) Experience in developing and maintenance of Engineering Technical Data Packages Knowledge of the Production Release Process Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) – SAP preferred Experience in developing manufacturing routings Ability to estimate level of effort on projects/tasks for cost and schedule Education Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, Systems, or related field and commensurate experience Benefits Life insurance, AD&D, and disability benefits Wellness programs Paid time off, including holidays Learning and Development resources Employee assistance resources Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time and may be modified at the discretion of the company, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
