\nSpecialty: BC/BE FP or IM
\nClient: VAMC
\nLocation: Hyannis, MA – Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC)
\nDates Coverage needed: As soon as onboarding completed – 1 year. Anticipated started date early/mid Oct(with 6 month option to extend)
\nSchedule/Shifts: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
\nCall Requirements: None
\nPatient Volume: 12-16 PPD avg
\nPatient Ages: Adults only
\nTypes of Cases: Comprehensive outpatient Primary Care
\nSupport Staff: Physicians, APP, Nursing and Admin support
\nProcedures Required

- Routine outpatient primary care evaluation and management \n
- Minor office procedures within Primary Care scope \n
Charting Type: EMR - CPRS
\nRequirements: Any State License, BC/BE FP or IM, BLS, ACLS, DEA
