Lead Full Stack Engineer

To support a high-impact federal-aligned platform engineering initiative, the contract-to-hire Lead Full Stack Engineer will collaborate with software development teams to enhance cloud platform adoption, improve engineering workflows, and facilitate application migration in a remote role preferred for candidates in the DMV/East Coast time zone. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with engineering teams to assess application architectures and deployment workflows Design and implement onboarding and migration strategies for platform adoption Provide technical leadership in cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation Required Qualifications 7+ years of software engineering experience building full-stack applications Strong programming experience in TypeScript, Golang, and/or Python 5+ years of experience with AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines 4+ years of experience with containerization technologies such as Docker Strong understanding of distributed systems and software architecture patterns
