Location: Jamestown, North Dakota Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Mon-Thurs (7:30 AM - 5:30 PM) Practice Setting: Pediatric therapy clinic, patient homes, daycare settings & some regional travel

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Accepting New Grads)

The therapist will provide individualized, family-centered occupational therapy services to children while collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals, including Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants, and other pediatric specialists.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve: Fine motor skills, Sensory processing, Coordination, Self-care skills, Activities of daily living
• Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers to support progress at home
• Coordinate care with Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, Early Intervention providers, and Behavioral Health professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation and update treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

Required:

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current North Dakota Occupational Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Eligibility to bill insurance
• Valid driver's license

Preferred:

• Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience
• Experience with sensory integration, early intervention, or developmental disabilities
