Join Our Growing OB/GYN Hospitalist Team!

\n

St. Bernards Medical Center, a 457-bed community hospital, is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to join our expanding OB/GYN Hospitalist Program. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment within a well-established health system that prioritizes quality, safety, and academic engagement.

Program & Facility Highlights

• \n

  457-bed community hospital with 13 Labor-Delivery-Recovery rooms, 3 observation rooms, and 2 ORs on L&D

\n
• \n

  19-bed Level 3A NICU

\n
• \n

  Approximately 1,845 deliveries per year

\n
• \n

  Family Medicine Residency Program with an active obstetrical service

\n
• \n

  Supported by Nurse Practitioners on nights and when residents are not on service

\n

\n

Position Details

\n

\n
• \n

  Provide inpatient care to unassigned OB patients presenting to Labor & Delivery or the Emergency Department

\n
• \n

  Be available to assist private practice physicians for emergencies or requested deliveries

\n
• \n

  Offer backup and consultative support to the Family Medicine Residency program

\n
• \n

  Manage inpatient GYN consults as needed

\n
• \n

  Serve as a physician leader in safety and quality initiatives

\n
• \n

  Opportunity for academic involvement and teaching

\n
• \n

  Schedule: 7–8, 24-hour shifts per 28 days

\n
