About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Real Estate to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of diverse assignments, with a primary focus on the acquisition, investment, development, and management of real estate funds and separate accounts. This role involves sourcing new investors and assets, developing transaction pipelines, analyzing proposals, and recommending exit strategies. The VP will also be tasked with managing relationships with third parties, supervising valuations, investment risk analysis, and financial modeling. Applicants for the VP of Real Estate position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree with a focus on real estate, finance, business, accounting, or economics. An MBA is desirable but not essential. The role requires strong experience in finance and accounting, fluency in Arabic and English, and a background in real estate investment and development. The ideal candidate will be open to experience in the industry or with large consultancy firms that are focused on the real estate sector.
