Pay Range: $19.95 - $27.55 / Hourly

Shift: Evening shift

Hours: 2:00pm-10:30pm

As a Specimen Processing Technician, you'll be at the heart of the laboratory operation-ensuring samples are handled with precision, efficiency, and care. About the Role Under the general supervision of the Phlebotomy/Specimen Processing Supervisor, you will perform essential specimen handling and processing tasks for clinical laboratory testing. This includes receiving, verifying, preparing, and routing samples to appropriate technical departments. Key Responsibilities Receive, accession, and process a variety of clinical specimens for laboratory testing Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and data entry into laboratory systems Route specimens to appropriate technical areas in a timely manner Maintain specimen integrity and follow all safety and compliance protocols Support workflow efficiency in a fast-paced clinical environment Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders Minimum Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience Previous laboratory, healthcare, or data entry experience preferred Familiarity with computer systems and basic office software is a plus
