About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Product to spearhead the development of the infrastructure that connects world-class experts to cutting-edge AI research. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the end-to-end product vision, UX, and design for both expert and customer platforms. This role demands a strategic and entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in scaling products, a deep understanding of AI, data labeling, or research-tooling ecosystems, and a strong background in product and design leadership, particularly in the tech sector. The Head of Product will lead a multidisciplinary team, establish a product culture grounded in user empathy, and ensure that the product development aligns with business impact and customer needs. Key responsibilities for the Head of Product include product and design leadership, UX, interface, and expert experience design, AI-native product development, and business and strategic leadership. The ideal candidate will have a founder-like ownership mentality, be adept at operational excellence, and possess the ability to build and mentor high-performing product and design teams. Technical fluency is essential, with the ability to partner closely with engineering and research, and a strong design taste with a relentless focus on user empathy. The role also requires the ability to communicate effectively at an executive level, balancing high-level strategy with attention to detail in execution. A background in building expert networks, marketplaces, or human-in-the-loop systems, as well as prior entrepreneurial or founding experience, is highly valued.
