Receptionist Part-Time

We are seeking a welcoming, helpful, and responsible individual to fill one of the most important roles in our organization—front desk receptionist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, possess good computer literacy, and love dealing with people. Pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour, depending on experience Part-Time | 18–24 Hours per Week Every Other Saturday and Sunday | 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM Every Other Thursday and Friday | 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM As Needed | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Requirements Make each encounter with our residents, families, and visitors delightful Answer telephones; determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department Receive requests from within the facility and use radio system to locate personnel Act as information center for residents and visitors seeking help Prepare outgoing mail and sort incoming mail Create and maintain documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Assist with various administrative duties as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Central Baptist Village
