Responsibilities

• Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
• Location: Bay Crest Care Center is an 80-bed SNF in Torrance with a 5-star Medicare Quality rating. Therapists manage a diverse caseload spanning short and long-term subacute care, supporting a strong 49% return-to-home rate. The facility specializes in ortho post-op recovery, stroke rehab, and cardiac management, utilizing a fully equipped gym to target mobility, motor control, and functional independence. As a Physical Therapist (PT), you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.

You're a healer and a helper, which is why you got into this line of work.

You're equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. You know your goal is the design of a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities.

Qualifications

• They must have a valid Physical Therapy (PT) license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range USD $49.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr.
