Job Summary A Contract HSE Manager is needed for a leading manufacturing organization in the southern Atlanta metro area. The HSE Manager will lead the plant's safety, occupational health, and environmental compliance programs across manufacturing processes and wast Location FAIRBURN, Georgia Job Type Contract Salary $45 - 65 per hour Work Hours 8am to 4pm Education Bachelors Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all HSE regulatory visits, inspections, and mandatory compliance reporting Conduct facility inspections and job hazard assessments across production and warehousing, tracking corrective actions to closure Lead incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and the implementation of systemic preventive countermeasures Direct site Emergency Management & Response (EMS) and Business Continuity (BCP) plans Develop and deliver site training programs, including new-hire onboarding, task certifications, and annual refresher courses Drive site HSE targets by benchmarking performance metrics, sustainability reporting, and regulatory updates Qualifications Experience level: Manager Minimum 5 years of experience Education: Bachelors Equal Opportunity Employer Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
