Licensed Real Estate Agent — Luxury Buyer's Specialist | Palo Alto, CA

What you are walking into:

• A high-volume lead pipeline including Zillow Flex and off-market opportunities
• An established luxury brand with active listings across Palo Alto, Los Altos, Menlo Park, and Woodside
• A warm, collaborative team culture where people genuinely enjoy working together
• Proven systems already in place — Follow Up Boss and RealScout — so you can hit the ground running

What we are looking for:

• Active California real estate license — required
• Zillow Flex experience and the ability to respond fast and with warmth
• Proficiency in Follow Up Boss and RealScout
• A positive, people-first attitude — clients feel like family, and we want agents who feel that way too
• Evening and weekend availability — this is a client-first culture, and we embrace that
• Luxury residential experience is a plus, but the right energy and attitude matter most

$167,500 - $200,000 yearly

• Respond to and manage Zillow Flex leads promptly and with warmth — speed and personality matter
• Represent buyers and sellers in luxury residential transactions across Palo Alto, Los Altos, Menlo Park, Atherton, and Woodside
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations
• Manage client relationships from first contact through close of escrow
• Communicate consistently and proactively with clients at every stage of the transaction
• Utilize Follow Up Boss and RealScout to manage pipeline and stay organized
• Collaborate with Adriana and the team on strategy, listings, and client care
• Attend evening and weekend showings and events as needed
• Represent the Luxury Curated brand with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm at all times

• Active California real estate license — required
• Zillow Flex experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Follow Up Boss and RealScout
• Luxury residential experience a plus — the right attitude and energy matter most
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and digital
• Highly responsive with a client-first mindset
• Positive, bubbly, and team-oriented personality — this is a culture-driven team

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
