Family Practice Physician – Mobile & Clinic in Gilroy, CA

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient family medicine services to patients of all ages (kids and adults)
• Conduct exams, diagnose, and treat common illnesses and conditions
• Collaborate with clinic staff across mobile and brick-and-mortar sites
• Document patient encounters using EPIC EMR software
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols
• Participate in orientation and team meetings as scheduled
• Be willing to work in mobile clinics as needed, with flexibility on location

What You Need

• Active California medical license (in-hand)
• DEA master required; BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years outpatient family medicine experience
• Fluency in Spanish preferred
• Ability to work both at fixed and mobile clinic sites
• Comfortable working with all age groups, including children and adults

About the Assignment
Join a dynamic outpatient setting delivering healthcare across multiple platforms—brick-and-mortar clinics, school-based clinics, and mobile units. The provider will split their time between different settings, providing comprehensive care to diverse patient populations. The facility operates EPIC EMR, and orientation is a full week (Monday–Friday), which must be attended for onboarding.
