Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift 3x12This is a 13-week contract position.Night shift, 3 days a week, 12-hour shifts.The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering quality care by following nursing care plans and supervising ancillary nursing staff. The RN plays a pivotal role in promoting patient and employee safety while ensuring compliance with all hospital guidelines.ResponsibilitiesPerform nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission to develop individualized care plans.Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to identify teaching needs and goals.Document assessments, interventions, and responses in the medical record accurately and in a timely manner.Participate in the patient rehabilitation program and educate patients/families regarding health care needs.Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching from the day of admission.Communicate changes in patient status to ensure continuity of care.Supervise and train ancillary nursing personnel, delegating tasks appropriately.Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff, adhering to safety policies and procedures.Contribute positively to unit dynamics through effective communication and teamwork.Assume charge responsibilities as needed following orientation.Engage in professional growth through continuing education and self-study.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureBLS Certification required prior to the first shift.ACLS Certification required prior to the first shift.Minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience highly desired.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
