Sr. IT Business Analyst - Hybrid

Senior IT Business Analyst role open with a growing and stable Fintech company in the Bridgeton, MO area to support enterprise-level payment and transaction systems. This includes performing root cause analysis on software production issues, identifying systemic data patterns, and translating business needs into well-defined functional and non-functional requirements.

Hybrid schedule: On-site in Bridgeton on Tuesdays & Wednesdays . 3 days remote!

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in an IT environment
• Strong background in functional and non-functional requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
• Experience performing structured root cause analysis with data
• Writing of test cases and acceptance validation (UAT)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred:

• Experience with corporate payment systems (ACH, transaction processing, payment workflows, enterprise payment process flows)
• Experience leveraging AI tools for workflow efficiency
