We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and patient individual to provide high-quality care and support to those in need. The ideal candidate is attentive, respectful, and committed to helping others maintain comfort, safety, and dignity in their daily lives.
Responsibilities- Provide assistance with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and hygiene support as needed
- Offer companionship and emotional support while promoting a positive and respectful environment
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean, organized space
- Support medication reminders and follow care plans according to instructions
- Monitor for changes in well-being and communicate concerns promptly to appropriate family members or care team members
- Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, or other scheduled activities when required
- Maintain accurate notes and follow established procedures to ensure consistent care
- Previous experience in caregiving, personal support, or a related role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a caring and respectful approach
- Ability to follow instructions, maintain confidentiality, and work with minimal supervision
- Dependable, patient, and able to respond calmly in a variety of situations
- Physical ability to assist with routine care tasks as required by the role
- Basic knowledge of safety practices and personal care support is an asset
- Effective communication and active listening
- Time management and reliability
