Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated EHS Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's safety and sustainability efforts. The EHS Supervisor will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of EHS regulations, and a passion for promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with EHS standards.
• Provide training and support to employees on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to EHS activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement safety improvements.
• Keep abreast of changes in EHS regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead emergency response and crisis management efforts.
• Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Certification in EHS management (e.g. CSP, CIH) is a plus.

Location and Schedule:

This is a full-time position. The EHS Supervisor will be based at our company headquarters, but occasional travel to other facilities may be required.
