Requirements: Previous dispatcher, administrative, customer service, or logistics experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office applications Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to changing operational needs Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills Reliable attendance and strong problem-solving abilities

Job Duties: Dispatch drivers, crews, and equipment based on schedules, customer requests, and operational priorities Answer incoming calls, gather information, and coordinate service requests Communicate work orders and schedule updates between customers, field personnel, and supervisors Maintain communication with employees using phones, radios, and messaging systems Resolve customer inquiries and service issues while coordinating with management Prepare daily schedules and assign work orders to field personnel Maintain accurate records of service requests, completed work, inventory, and expenses Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, report preparation, and document management Support daily office and dispatch operations as needed
