This hands-on role is essential to ensuring that our HVAC and weatherization projects are completed with the finishing touches that turn a job site into a livable space. The ideal candidate will have experience with residential carpentry, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to high-quality work.ResponsibilitiesPerform repairs and installations of drywall and ceilings following HVAC and weatherization upgradesInstall drop-down attic staircases for insulation and home energy auditsHandle occasional subfloor and floor repairs as needed during or after HVAC system installationsMaintain a clean and safe work environment on job sitesCollaborate with other technicians and project managers to ensure smooth workflows and project timelinesCommunicate with customers in a professional and courteous mannerEnsure all work meets local building codes and Endless Energy quality standardsQualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in residential carpentry or general contractingProficiency in drywall patching, taping, and finishingExperience installing attic stairs, trim, or working in finished residential spacesComfortable using ladders, power tools, and working in attics or crawl spacesStrong attention to detail and pride in workmanshipValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to lift 50 lbs and work in varied weather conditionsOSHA 10 certification preferred, or willingness to obtainWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceFull-time hours with overtime opportunities (regular hours will be Mon- Friday 7:30am-4pm)Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time off and holidays (including your birthday)Company-provided tools and uniformsA team-focused environment with room to grow
