Key Responsibilities Provide thought leadership, developing strategic points of view and standards for advertising while aligning broader marketing efforts across the company globally. Analyze data and derive actionable insights to identify new marketing opportunities and understand audience behaviors. Partner effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure all content and campaigns across media and social channels are high-quality, reflect the brand's voice, and accurately represent its identity. Exercise sound judgment and take swift action to uphold core values and codes of conduct, fostering psychological safety for multiple perspectives to thrive. Drive the development and implementation of pioneering marketing communications strategies to achieve media and public amplification. Develop and manage external relationships with venues, suppliers, and agencies, including contract negotiation, event planning (spatial, AV, activation, swag, F&B), virtual supplier engagement, and speaker agent coordination. Analyze, track, and report on campaign and project ROI using customer relationship management (CRM) systems or other project management tools, focusing on pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics. Act as a primary client point of contact for managing medium-scale media planning and collaborate with global media teams to scale strategies effectively. Engage and manage media agencies to elevate their day-to-day work, prioritizing agency workflow for optimal media execution. Drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve business results, overseeing content positioning and marketing programs to grow awareness and engagement across social, on-network, and off-network media channels. Develop, implement, and analyze creative social media content, social selling programs, employee and leadership activation initiatives, and comprehensive measurement strategies. Develop comprehensive internal and external promotion plans with minimal guidance, maximizing awareness and lead generation before, during, and after each project in collaboration with growth, content, and design teams. Champion an inclusive environment by creating space in meetings, projects, and events for everyone to collaborate and feel supported, role model inclusive behavior, and providing constructive feedback on non-inclusive actions. Must-Have Qualifications Proficiency in data analysis and synthesis, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Demonstrated creativity in developing innovative marketing campaigns and content. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse audiences. Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. Proven ability to drive growth and achieve measurable marketing objectives. Experience in deal negotiation with external partners and agencies. Working knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and execution. Expertise in social media platforms, content creation, and engagement strategies. Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles. Proficiency in media planning and media placement strategies. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
