We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant with 10+ years of strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite, preferably R12.2.9 or higher. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of technical and functional expertise across Oracle Financials, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payables, and Project Accounting.

The consultant will be responsible for supporting, developing, integrating, and enhancing Oracle EBS applications while working closely with business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2.9 or higher .

• Strong technical and functional knowledge of:

  • Oracle General Ledger (GL)

  • Oracle Fixed Assets (FA)

  • Oracle Payables (AP)

  • Oracle Project Accounting

• Strong experience with Application Object Library (AOL) .

• Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL and PL/SQL JSON .

• Experience with Shell Scripting .

• Strong experience with Oracle RICE components - Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions.

• Strong experience with XML and BI Publisher .

• Experience with Oracle Workflow .

• Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports .

• Experience with SOAP and RESTful Web Services .

• Knowledge of Country Localizations .

• Working knowledge of Git / BitBucket .

• Understanding of CI/CD tools , including Jenkins and RLM.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (ADF) .

• Knowledge of Java .

• Experience with modern engineering tools and approaches that improve development workflows and delivery outcomes.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS technical and functional solutions.

• Develop, customize, maintain, and support Oracle EBS applications.

• Design and develop RICE components, PL/SQL programs, interfaces, reports, and extensions.

• Work with Oracle Financials modules including GL, AP, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting.

• Develop and maintain integrations using SOAP and REST APIs.

• Develop and support XML/BI Publisher reports and Oracle Workflows.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolutions.

• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, developers, and technical teams.

• Follow source-control and CI/CD practices using Git/BitBucket, Jenkins, RLM, and related tools.

• Identify opportunities to improve development processes, automation, and delivery quality.

• Prepare technical documentation and support testing and deployment activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong Oracle EBS R12.2.x experience.

• Strong techno-functional experience in Oracle Financials.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Valid U.S. work authorization.
