Machinist
We are seeking skilled and motivated Machinists to join our team across three levels: Machinist I, Machinist II, and Machinist III (Programmer). Each level offers increasing responsibility, technical complexity, and compensation based on experience and education.
Responsibilities
- Machinist I team members support daily machining operations, perform basic machine setup, and ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Machinist II professionals operate with greater independence, perform complex setups, troubleshoot machining issues, and contribute to process improvements.
- Machinist III team members are advanced operators responsible for CNC programming, precision machining, complex setups, and optimizing manufacturing processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of technical school or college in a relevant discipline OR equivalent years of hands-on machining experience
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, AL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
