Roofing Nation, a family-owned and growing exterior remodeling company serving the Cleveland metro area and the seven surrounding counties of northeast Ohio, is looking for motivated, self-driven individuals to join our team as Field Marketing Representatives. What You'll Do Prospect for new business by contacting homeowners in targeted neighborhoods throughout the Cleveland metro area and surrounding counties. Focus on established, middle-income neighborhoods — generally homes built before 2010, plus newer homes that may have sustained recent storm damage. Engage homeowners in a friendly, consultative, and helpful manner — not a hard sell. Offer no-cost consultations for roofing, siding, gutters, and window replacement projects. Set qualified appointments for our estimating and sales team. Who We're Looking For Self-starters who are comfortable approaching homeowners and initiating conversations. Anyone with prior experience canvassing or cold-calling neighborhoods for cable/internet, utilities, lawn care, pest control, solar, or similar home services — you already have the exact skill set we need. Home improvement industry experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full training for the right personality and work ethic. People looking for either a full-time career or a flexible side hustle. Compensation & Schedule Full-time Field Marketing Representatives can expect to earn $100,000 or more annually in commissions, primarily working March through the end of November. Compensation is directly tied to your effort and commitment — the harder you work, the more you earn. Prefer to take winters off? That's an option. Want to keep earning through the winter? We'll train you to prospect for interior remodeling projects during the off-season.
