Senior Business Analyst / Hybrid / Tempe

This Senior Software Business Analyst role is responsible for leading the discovery, analysis, and definition of complex business and system requirements for enterprise software solutions. You’ll operate as a strategic partner to business leaders, product owners, and engineering teams—owning requirements end-to-end and ensuring delivered solutions align with business objectives, regulatory needs, and operational realities. The role is primarily onsite (4–5 days per week) during the initial ramp-up period, with flexibility introduced as tenure and trust are established. The position functions in a senior, advisory capacity within an Agile/Scrum environment. This role goes beyond gathering requirements, you’re shaping how the product is built and why decisions are made. You’ll influence scope, challenge assumptions, anticipate risk, and guide stakeholders toward scalable, future-state solutions. If you enjoy leading ambiguity, mentoring others, and being the go-to BA for complex initiatives and multi-release platforms, this role gives you real ownership and visibility.
