Client Services Representative

Liberty Savings Bank FSB, a community-focused bank in Wilmington, OH, seeks a Financial Center Client Services Representative II to deliver exceptional in-branch and phone-based service. In this role, you will process transactions, open and maintain accounts, and help customers use digital banking tools while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. You\'ll build relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities for loans and other products, and support branch sales goals. Provide in-person and phone-based support to retail banking customers for deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries Open and maintain checking, savings, and certificate of deposit accounts following bank policies and regulations Process transactions accurately, balancing cash drawer and resolving discrepancies at end of day Educate customers on digital banking tools, products, and services to deepen relationships Identify customer needs and refer opportunities for loans, mortgages, and other financial products Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security procedures, and privacy requirements Assist with problem resolution, fee questions, and service issues to ensure high customer satisfaction Support branch sales and service goals through relationship-building and outbound follow-up calls Cash handling Banking operations Customer service Sales and cross-selling Account opening and maintenance Regulatory compliance (banking) Digital banking platforms Data entry and accuracy Fraud and security awareness Microsoft Office Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Notary Public (preferred) Accredited banking or teller training certificate (preferred) Background check and bondability required #J-18808-Ljbffr
