The iconic Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join the team. Situated on 22 acres along Waikiki's broadest stretch of sand with 2,860 rooms and 17 food and beverage outlets, this premier meeting destination offers over 150,000 sq. ft. of function space and Waikiki's most unique meeting and event venues. The ideal candidate would have a prior housekeeping experience and schedule flexibility. Shift Pattern full availability including overnight shifts, weekends and holidays required Responsibilities Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day: Oversee daily housekeeping operations: Manage cleanliness, service, and product quality standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas Ensure room readiness: Coordinate housekeeping efforts to ensure rooms are cleaned and available for guests promptly and efficiently Manage departmental processes: Oversee systems usage, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and policy enforcement to drive efficiency and profitability Conduct inspections: Oversee and perform room and public area inspections to maintain high-quality standards and compliance Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment Qualifications What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, Our Core Values Define What It Takes To Succeed Here And Guide The Qualities We Look For In Every Team Member A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality .
