This travel LNA must enjoy working with the Geriatric patient population, including end of life care. There will be lots of walking in this very large and spread out facility, and there is very good opportunity to engage one on one with residents

For those who need a higher level of support, the Elizabeth Hughes Care Unit is a small 7 apartment neighborhood located within Harvest Hill. The Hughes unit specializes in dementia and Alzheimer's care. We provide an inviting, warm and supportive environment geared to the unique needs of our residents. Residents participate in specialized activities through our dedicated life enrichment program. They may also participate in many of the activities and events that occur regularly at Harvest Hill. Social integration and meal sharing can take place. Quality of care is our highest priority, and we exceed normal staffing ratios.
