The Job: Sports Marketing Sales Specialist We are currently recruiting an entry-level Sports Marketing Sales Specialist. This position offers an excellent training program, a strong base salary and uncapped commission. What You Will Be Doing as a Sports Marketing Sales Specialist: Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, etc. Manage a sales networking plan and develop new client relationships through targeted social media marketing campaigns Prepare marketing and sales reports and develop new strategies to uncover new market growth Work closely with the marketing team and account managers to deliver the best options Attend trade shows and other sports networking events when necessary to develop new leads Our Ideal Sports Marketing Sales Specialist Candidate Has Relationship building - effectively establish and maintain interpersonal relationships by developing a constructive and cooperative working rapport Leadership orientation - comfortable leading a group project or team by taking charge and offering opinions and direction to others at all levels of an organization Resilience - able to cope with rejection and persist despite challenges or setbacks Communication - express ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organization Extroverted - outgoing and assertive with a likable personality Requirements for a Sports Marketing Sales Specialist: Bachelor’s degree Salary: $45,000-55,000/year + commissions/bonus opportunities Katapult Network is an equal opportunity employer and celebrates diversity in all of its forms.
