Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms, employing diagnostic tools where applicable. \n
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, personal goals, and preferences. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress toward mental health stabilization. \n
- Educate clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to foster understanding and empowerment. \n
- Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. \n
- Engage in case consultations, participate in team meetings, and contribute to ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current in the field. \n

The LMFT will work primarily with clients experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and interpersonal relationship challenges.
