The Patient Access Representative greets and assists patients in person and on the phone, schedules appointments by computer, takes messages, enters and verifies patient information. The Patient Access Representative will work as a member of a team to provide a high level of customer service to our patients. Other general office duties are also required.

Knowledge & Responsibilities:
The Patient Access Representative greets and assists patients in person and on the phone, schedules appointments by computer, takes messages, enters and verifies patient information. The Patient Access Representative will work as a member of a team to provide a high level of customer service to our patients. Other general office duties are also required.
Education Requirements:
Approximately 32 hours/week. Tuesday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Fridays 8 hour varying shift (start between 6:30am - 8:30am and finish between 3:00pm - 5:00pm), Saturdays 7:45-12pm approx. 4 times per year. Available to fill in shifts.
