Automotive Sales Consultant
New Roads Motor Company is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicates confidently, and takes pride in helping customers choose the right vehicle. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create a positive, friendly dealership experience
- Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that match their preferences and lifestyle
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits clearly and professionally
- Conduct test drives and follow all dealership safety protocols
- Meet or surpass monthly sales targets and performance expectations
- Stay knowledgeable about inventory, incentives, and new model updates
- Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain consistent follow-up to support customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Review personal performance to continually improve sales techniques and results
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation ability and a confident, positive attitude
- Organized, self-motivated, and committed to reaching goals
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
