What You'll DoAs a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing food and line items according to company standards.
- Setting up, stocking, and refilling kitchen line items as needed.
- Accurately preparing customer orders in a timely manner.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas.
- Following food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
- Assisting with opening, closing, and daily kitchen duties.
- Collaborating with team members and management to create a smooth workflow.
We’re seeking individuals who bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a team-first attitude to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience: At least 1 year of kitchen or restaurant experience is required.
- Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a positive attitude are a must.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Certifications: Food Handler Certification is a plus but not required.
