RETAIL LEAD
The Retail Lead is responsible for reaching company targets by leading the retail experience on the Private Destination. The Retail Lead owns the relationship between Onboard Revenue and the Private Destination ensuring that inventory levels are shared in time to replenish island storage and to merchandise the kiosks. The role is accountable for the performance, conduct, development, and engagement of the Retail Attendants as well as the maintenance and cleanliness of workspaces and equipment.All duties and responsibilities are to be performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.This Job Description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the Island team member occupying this position. All Team Members may be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management. The nature of this job will require daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders
