Our client is seeking a social, upbeat, and professional Dental Associate to join their dynamic, fast-paced, family-focused practice. If you thrive in a team-oriented environment, enjoy connecting with patients, and want an opportunity that supports growth and autonomy — this 1099 role is a fantastic fit. What You’ll Do: Deliver high-quality care across restorative, endo (including molars), extractions, prosthodontics, pediatrics, and perio Create individualized treatment plans with a focus on long-term patient outcomes Build strong relationships through excellent communication and compassionate care Maintain accurate records, follow sterilization protocols, and keep an efficient, organized operatory Collaborate closely with dentists and support staff for seamless patient care What We’re Looking For: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Passion for patient-centered, high-quality care Adaptable, coachable, and proactive with new technology and workflows Strong integrity, teamwork mentality, and long-term commitment to the practice and community This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity for a motivated dentist who wants flexibility, high earning potential, and a vibrant environment where being “all in” truly matters.
