Clinical Operations Manager

Job Title

Required Skills & Experience: Active Wisconsin independent clinical license: (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) Must be independently licensed and able to: Provide clinical supervision Sign off on supervision hours Industry Experience: Behavioral Health background required Experience with/knowledge of: CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) + ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) knowledge preferred but not required Leadership Experience: Clinical supervision experience Operational leadership experience (slight flexibility here besides Oconomowoc) Performance management experience, including: Coaching Employee development Evaluations Corrective action/write-ups Policy implementation experience Nice to Have Skills & Experience Additional Certifications ICS (Independent Clinical Supervisor) SAC CSAC Other Substance Use Disorder certifications Technology/Experience with: Workday Microsoft Office Suite EMR/clinical documentation systems (ex: Cerner)
