Maintenance SupervisorApplicant must possess background in a cardboard packaging plant. Preferred candidate should have over 7 years of management experience or above in the field.Required Qualifications:Engineering degree, Bachelor’s preferred.Over 7 years of supervisory experience in maintenance within cardboard production facility.Responsibilities:The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the department, collaborating with other managers to ensure facility success. Leading the maintenance team with expertise and guidance to maintain a safe workplace and promote positive changes. Implement an effective safety plan to enhance operational efficiency. Set clear objectives for all staff members, implementing sustainable methods to enhance safety procedures. Develop and implement facility maintenance strategies, while supervising staff. Manage KPI reporting to improve plant efficiency and effectiveness.
