IKEA Bolingbrook is hiring a Permanent, Full-Time hourly Retail Associate to help customers find the best home solutions and ensure a welcoming store experience. You will keep the sales floor tidy, price goods, and guide shoppers toward popular products while building product knowledge across our range.
The role requires 34–40 hours per week, with evening and weekend availability. The store will relocate to Naperville around October 2027, and internal opportunities may arise as the transition
