Medical Office Associate I - Per Diem (8:00am-4:000pm) NMC

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Medical Office Associate I at Newton Medical Center. Required hours are 8:00AM-4:00PM weekdays. Starting rate $20.05/hr. Essential Function/Responsibilities:

• Manages phones.
• Greets patients.
• Schedules/confirms appointments.
• Enters demographics & patient information.
• Verifies insurance coverage, complete forms, collect co-pays.
• Balances cash.
• Maintains schedule in EMR system, and processes pre-certs/authorizations &
