- # **LICENSED VETERINARY TECHNICIAN**## Competitive wages with skills-based differentials and leadership stipends## Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance## **Your Role – Clinical Driver & Leader**## As a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT), you will be encouraged to work to the top of your license and serve as a clinical leader, ensuring medical excellence with a patient-first mindset. We follow AAHA utilization guidance consistently.## ## You will primarily utilize your skills in:* ## Anesthesia & Analgesia: Full IV catheterization, multimodal pain management, induction, and advanced monitoring/recovery.* ## Dentistry: Full-mouth dental radiography, charting, and periodontal therapy (per DVM direction).* ## Diagnostics: High-quality radiography/positioning, in-house lab analysis, and sample collection.* ## Nursing & Triage: Critical patient monitoring, advanced wound care, and managing catheters/feeding tubes.* ## Workflow Leadership: Leading tech appointments, team huddles, and mentoring assistants/externs.Destination Pet, headquartered in Irving, Texas, is a national network of pet-obsessed professionals dedicated to elevating the love and lives of our pet families through total pet care.
